Module 2 is designed to support prospective and operational value chains by putting value chain tools and strategies into practice. This workshop focuses on using value chain concepts and understanding priorities and capabilities of value chain partners. Participants will:

- Exercise their planning and development skills
- Review value chain case studies
- Identify potential issues and explore alternative approaches
- Develop an outline for their specific product, service, or value chain concept
